Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at our reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. jom8888 reserves the right to temporarily restrict account activity, including suspension of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.
jom8888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-preferred payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to approximately RM50. Maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits made via e-wallets and FPX are typically credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. jom8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 live chat support team with your transaction reference.
All account balances and transactions are denominated in MYR. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility. jom8888 does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits, though this may be subject to change. To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) have a verified and approved withdrawal method on file; and (d) not have any outstanding compliance queries, account suspensions, or fraud investigations active at the time of the request.
jom8888 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. jom8888 applies a payment method matching policy: withdrawals must generally be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Platform's operational policies at the time of withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily or weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. jom8888 reserves the right to review and adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly in cases involving large or unusual withdrawal patterns.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and incentives offered by jom8888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live dealer games, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the applicable expiry period will be forfeited without further notice.

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit of MYR 250–500 per spin or hand applies, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

jom8888's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jom8888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
jom8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: fraud or prohibited conduct; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or any other circumstances that jom8888 determines warrant such action in the interests of platform integrity or security.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jom8888 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your Account, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds and pending promotional rewards will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jom8888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in urgent circumstances.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
